i found the reception to be very helpful and efficient. the staff were friendly. i liked that the hotel is dog friendly. dogs are not allowed in the main restaurant, but i could eat in the bar with them.
i noticed that the mini fridge in my room was empty, and bottled water was no longer provided. I had to get tap water from the bar

this location offers convenient parking, which is reasonably priced and provides plenty of spaces; do not forget to register your vehicle upon arrival to avoid any issues. the hotel's proximity to nature was a delightful surprise.

The staff were SO cute, especially after our long drive. they gave my son a fun goodie pack, which he LOVED! we swam a couple of times and the spa staff were very helpful explaining everything. breakfast had a HUGE variety and the staff kept everything well-stocked. It was AMAZING!!!
i booked an executive room, but it felt more like a standard room, so i was a little disappointed. after i spoke to reception, they brought up a dressing gown, slippers, water, and a small chocolate bar.

the room was lovely. i chose the accessible bathroom and it did not disappoint. it was a very spacious bathroom with great utilities! the bed was comfy and there was lots of space for my things.
The service was really the only problem i encountered. one night, the chef refused to serve my partner until she signed something. this essentially gave up her legal right to not be poisoned. I found this unacceptable.

The food was AMAZING!!! every member of staff was super friendly and helpful. i really enjoyed the breakfast. It had cooked items served by a friendly chef. cold items were available, like fruit, cheese, yogurt, milk, bread, cereal, and pastries in individual pots. there was excellent parking with plenty of room.
i found a slight stain at the back of the toilet pedestal.
