the staff were very friendly and efficient . my room was located on the ground floor, close to the pool, very convenient. breakfast was amazing, with a wide selection of items available. leisure facilities were fantastic, including a nice pool, steam room and sauna.
i noticed the parking area seemed fairly small upon arrival.

The food was AMAZING!!! every member of staff was super friendly and helpful. i really enjoyed the breakfast. It had cooked items served by a friendly chef. cold items were available, like fruit, cheese, yogurt, milk, bread, cereal, and pastries in individual pots. there was excellent parking with plenty of room.
i found a slight stain at the back of the toilet pedestal.

the room was spacious and spotlessly clean, offering plenty of room for all of us. the sofa bed was large and comfortable. the room also included a large tv, hairdryer, kettle, iron, fridge and safe.

i was greeted by a very friendly receptionist at check-in. the staff went to great pains to ensure my sister knew what gluten free options were available; that was so kind. staff throughout the hotel were great, polite, and friendly, especially in the restaurant.

a large sainsbury's supermarket is located in the next road, which is very convenient. the hotel is situated well for visiting the quays shopping centre and cheltenham. the location is a short ten minute drive into the city center.
